Sebelum berjaya sepenuhnya untuk meniarap, dlm 2-3 hari dia sibuk nak memusingkan diri..siap dengan macam-macam bunyi dari mulut dia. Ummi dan abi hanya melihat dari jauh sambil tersenyum, nak tergelak pun ada kadang-kadang..Hari keempat dia mencuba, tiba-tiba terus dapat meniarap, terkejut ummi..terus lari ambil kamera nak tangkap gambar hasan.<br />

Di dalam kitab tersebut disebutkan bahawa Habbatus Sauda’ boleh mengubati 50 jenis penyakit tanpa efek. Selesaikan wirid harian di tikar solatatau baca Al-Quran hingga terbit matahari.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">7.00 pagi </span> - Membuat persiapan ke tempat kerja.<br />Melangkah ke tempat kerja dengan membaca Bismillah dan doa kepada ALLAH agar semua aktiviti kita diberkatiNYA. Sentiasa berselawat kepada Rasulullah SAW sama ada menyebutnya atau di hati. Banyakkan istigfar/meminta ampun. Melaksanakan kerja dengan bersemangat dan penuh bertanggungjawab. Datangkan rasa bahawa ALLAH sentiasa memerhati kerja-kerja yang di lakukan dan yakinlah DIA akan membalas segala kebaikan yang kita buat.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">10.00 pagi</span> - SolatSunat Dhuha<br />Ia adalah sumber rezeki yg berkat kalau istiqamah diamalkan.<br />Niatnya : "Sahaja aku solatsunat dhuha 2 rakaat kerana ALLAH Taala".<br />Penuhi masa rehat tengahari dengan menambah ilmu atau membaca Al-Quran. Elakkan sungguh-sungguh dari melakukan dosa walaupun kecil dan perkara yg sia-sia.<br />Contoh dosa-dosa : mengumpat mengutuk, menyindir yang menyakitkan orang, bergaul bebas tanpa menjaga syariat seperti berbual dengan bukan muhrim mengenai perkara yang tiada sangkut paut dgn kerja.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">12.45 tgh. </span>- Bersiap untuk solat Zohor.<br />Menunggu waktu bersolatdengan berselawat. Solat Zohor berjemaah.<br />Laksanakan juga solat sunat Rawatib Bersujud. Syukur setelah selesai solatsunat dan wirid sebagai berterima kasih kepada ALLAH yg. memberi kita nikmat besar dapat menyembahNYA.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">4.15 ptg. </span> - Bersedia untuk solat Asar.<br />Solat Asar berjemaah. Laksanakan juga solat sunat Qabliyah.<br />Bersujud syukurlah setelah selesai solatsunat dan wirid sebagai berterima kasih kepada ALLAH yg memberi kita nikmat besar dapat menyembahNYA.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">5.30 ptg. </span>- Membeli barang-barang keperluan berbuka dan sahur.<br />Tanpa berlebih-lebih. Ingatlah walaupun syaitan dirantai tetapi nafsu masih ada dlm diri kita !!!<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">6.30 ptg.</span> - Memperbanyakkan doa sebelum berbuka.<br />Kerana di waktu itu adalah masa yang mustajab doa.<br />Ingatlah sabda Rasulullah SAW : "Ramai orang yang berpuasa, yang mereka dapat hanya lapar dan dahaga", mohonlah kepada ALLAH agar amalan kita diterima.<br /><br />Apabila masuk watu Magrib, Bacalah doa dan berbuka :<br />"Ya ALLAH , Ya Tuhanku , kerana Engkaulah aku berpuasa, kepada Engkaulah aku beriman dan dengan rezki engkaulah aku berbuka".<br /><br />Berbuka puasa dengan makanan manis seperti buah kurma dan meminum air, terus menunaikan solat maghrib berjemaah, setelah itu barulah makan makanan berat.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">8.00</span> mlm. - Solat Isya' berjemaah dan diteruskan dengan solat Terawih.<br />Cuba pertahankan solat terawih walau bagaimana keadaan sekalipun kerana fadhilatnya amat besar. Bacalah Al-Quran dengan penuh tawadhuk, seelok-eloknya baca dengan bertadarus (berkumpulan bergilir-gilir, seorang baca, yang lain menyemaknya), cuba khatamkan membaca Al-Quran paling kurang satu kali sepanjang ramadhan. Kebanyakan imam-imam besar mengkhatamnya dua kali dalam sehari (60 kali sebulan Ramadhan)<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">11.00 mlm</span>. - Memperbanyakkan istigfar sebelum tidur.<br />Berniatlah utk puasa esok hari dgn berniat : "Sahaja aku berpuasa hari esok untuk menunaikan puasa ramadhan yg wajib ke atasku, tahun ini kerana ALLAH Taala". Before balik rumah cuti hari tu g beli bamboo mat ngan seaweed sebab teringin nak wat sushi untuk family. Kimbab lebih kurang macam sushi roll la jugak, disebabkan resipi di ambil dari korean's recipe website,let's just call it as kimbap. Alhamdulillah resipi ni menjadi and my family loves it.<br />

The recipe have been changed a bit since not all ingredients available in my kitchen.<br />
<ingredients:> </ingredients:><br />
<ul>
<li>5-6 cups cooked rice (made from 3 cups of uncooked rice)<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br /></span></li>
<li>layer ("kim"/seaweed)</li>
<li> a can of tuna</li>
<li>soy sauce, garlic, onion, olive oil and a green onion (I put capsicum instead of green onion since it have been used for other food).</li>
<li>3 large eggs, ½ ts salt, a pinch of sugar,vegetable oil.</li>
</ul>
<strong>(2-3 servings)</strong><br />
<ol>
<li>Prepare about 5-6 cups of cooked rice in a large bowl</li>
<li>Make your mixing sauce by mixing up ½ tbs sugar, 1 ts salt, and 1 tbs of vinegar until the liquid looks clear</li>
<li>Mix rice with the mixing sauce and stir it evenly. Set it aside for now.</li>
</ol>
Prepare a large plate to arrange all ingredients for kimbap<br />
<ol>
<li>Make seasoned tuna flakes <ol>
<li>Open a can of tuna and remove the oil or water. Put it on a heated pan and drizzle some olive oil over it. Toss it and cook it for 2 minutes</li>
<li>Add 1 tbs of soy sauce, ½ tbs of sugar, 1 clove of minced garlic, and capsicum.</li>
<li>Keep stirring for another 3 minutes.</li>
<li>Turn off the heat and add 1 chopped green onion,and 2 ts of oil.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>Eggs :</li>
</ol>
1. Crack eggs and put it into a bowl.<br /> 2. Make egg mixture by adding and beating these ingredients: ½ ts salt, ½ chopped<br /> medium size onion.<br /> 3. Heat up a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spread a little vegetable oil.<br /> 4. Pour the egg mixture on the pan and spread it thinly.<br /> 5. Cover pan with pan cover and let the above surface cooked for awhile.<br /> 6. Cut the egg into small long pieces.<br /><br /><strong>Let’s roll Kimbap!</strong><br />

<li>Place a sheet of laver(“kim”) on the bamboo mat and evenly spread a layer of rice in the center of it.</li>
<li>Place 2-3 spoons of seasoned tuna flakes on top of the layer of rice. Add the egg's piece along the tuna surface.</li>
<li>Roll it up gently using the bamboo mat.</li>
<li>Remove the bamboo mat, spread some olive oil on the roll surface (she put sesame oil) and cut the roll into pieces about 2 cm thick and place it on a plate</li>
</ol>

Lagi satu, tak payahlah buat smiley face ke =),gelak ke (hihihi..), dan lain-lain yang kurang berfaedah.<br /><br />Elakkan bercakap melalui telefon kalau belum betul-betul desperate. Ini kerana suara wanita amat lunak dan boleh menggetarkan jiwa insan yang bernama lelaki. Buktinya sampai ALLAH sound kepada wanita supaya keraskan suara! Rujuk Quran,Surah Al-Ahzab, ayat 32 :"Wahai isteri-isteri nabi, kamu bukanlah seperti perempuan-perempuan lain jika kamu bertaqwa. Maka janganlah lemah-lembutkan suara dalam berbicara, sehingga bangkit nafsu orang yang ada penyakit dalam hatinya, tetapi ucapkanlah perkataan yang baik." Kalau rasa ayat ini ditujukan kepada isteri-isteri nabi sahaja, sepatutnya kita juga menyahut seruan tersebut untuk mencapai darjat yang sama seperti mereka-darjat wanita bertaqwa dan darjat wanita-wanita yang terpilih, kan ???<br /><br />3. Tundukkan hati. Apabila terpaksa berurusan dengan lelaki, kita sepatutnya merasa bulu roma kita meremang-kerana takut pada ALLAH! Kita sangat takut sekiranya disebabkan kita, lelaki tersebut tertarik kepada kita. Sewaktu berhadapan dengan lelaki-lelaki tersebut, banyakkan beristighfar dan berdoa “ YA ALLAH, janganlah KAU jadikan lelaki ini tertarik kepadaku. Jauhkan pandangannya daripada panahan-panahan syaitan.” <br /><br />4. Tundukkan pandangan. Jangan tertipu dengan subjek communication skills yang pernah kita belajar, "make eye contact with the person you’re talking to..". Ianya applicable kalau kita bercakap dengan sesama jantina sahaja. Kalau ada eye contact dengan orang yang berlainan jantina, kita akan mendapati teori “dari mata turun ke hati” itu benar-benar bisa berlaku. <br /><br />Para sahabat dahulu pun, ALLAH perintahkan supaya tahan pandangan mata mereka apabila berurusan dengan isteri-isteri nabi. Rujuk kembali Surah Al-Ahzab, ayat 53 :"…apabila kamu meminta sesuatu daripada isteri nabi, mintalah dari belakang tabir. Itu lebih suci bagimu dan hati mereka…". Tetapi kita bukanlah disuruh membawa tabir ke mana-mana kita pergi. Kalau susah sangat nak jaga mata, tutuplah pandangan dengan buku ke, fail ke.. <br /><br />Kita lihat betapa ALLAH sangat mengambil berat masalah hati para sahabat dan isteri-isteri nabi supaya mereka tidak tewas ke dalm kemungkaran. Kalau kita nak jadi sehebat mereka, kenalah aplikasikan apa yang mereka lakukan. Takkan nak tunggu ALLAH sebut nama kita dalam Quran baru nak buat. Contoh :"Wahai cik _____, tundukkanlah pandangan.." . Isk,isk..tak layaknya.. <br /><br />5. Cepatkan urusan. Perkara ini mungkin applicable kepada students/orang yang dah bekerja dan terpaksa berurusan dengan team lelaki. Dah tak dapat nak dielakkan, mereka sahaja teammate kita. So, apa-apa kerja yang dibuat bersama, buat sahajalah kerja tersebut. Tak payahlah nak berborak-borak, tanya hal peribadi, gelak-gelak, buat lawak..tak perlu,TAK PERLU! Siapkan kerja cepat-cepat, then go. Kuantiti susu sejat, coffeemate dan gula blh diubah mgikut rasa. Jika nak masukkan 1tin susu ideal(=400ml) then air dikurangkan.apa2pun, pastikan total up 2liter(400ml susu+1600ml air nya).<br />
